If you're interested in a piece of jewellery that is currently on back order, call us and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item can go out of stock before we're able to post notification to the site.

We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur and we do not honour inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order.

GALLERY DIAMOND only purchases diamonds through the largest and most respected suppliers who, like us, proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process, an international system that polices the trade of diamonds to ensure they are from sources free of conflict.

When you order a loose diamond or custom-built jewellery, we ship it to you with the accompanying diamond report. These diamond reports are detailed documents created by diamond grading experts in one of the three highly-respected diamond laboratories.

Each jewel/diamond of Gallery Diamond is accompanied by the Diamond Report of the Company issued by the company's gemologists & additionally guarantees the authenticity and quality of the diamond selected.

Important: If you do not include both the diamond grading report and appraisal with your return, we can't proceed with any replacement.

Gallery Diamond offers customers 15-days from the day their order is shipped to cancel or return their order.

• It must be returned to Gallery Diamond
• Our Quality Assurance analyses your diamond and verifies that it is in its original condition
• The diamond or jewellery will be returned with all accompanying documents certifying its quality

Special Orders: For orders that have been dispatched regarding articles that Gallery Diamond must put in a production line, the user has the right to cancel such an order within 12 hours from the time it was placed.

Note: Seasonal jewellery creations (Christmas lucky jewel or special editions) and tailor made jewellery cannot be returned & also their order cannot be cancelled after your order is dispatched.

All shipments are fully insured. Your order shipment is always risk-free. This insurance protects your order from the time it leaves GALLERY DIAMOND to when it arrives at your door.

Security: A signature may be required upon delivery. Please make arrangements for someone to be available at the shipping destination to sign for receipt.

To keep our prices low, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of buying several of the same item, keeping the one you like best, and then returning the remainder.

To confirm the quality of a diamond, please call one of our expert diamond and jewellery consultants and we would be happy to help you make your choice.

For special orders that require importing diamonds and design/construction of new models, a 60% deposit of total order value is required to be charged to customer's credit card or deposited in a bank account of the company.

The remaining amount required for the total payment will be deposited at the same bank account after you receive notice by email or SMS from the company that your order is completed and ready for shipment.
