Mounted Diamonds on Settings

  • Eligible only for single diamonds over 0.30ct.
  • Existing settings may be reused if compatible.
  • New setting required if old one is unsuitable.
  • Credit may be issued for non-reusable settings.
  • Non-GD set diamonds must be returned without settings.

Loose Diamonds

  • Round brilliant GIA, HRD, or IGI diamonds are eligible.
  • Fancy shapes must be upgraded to the same shape.
  • Diamond revalued at current GD pricing.
  • 80% credit of original price applied.
  • New diamond must be at least double the original value.
  • Original condition and grading report required.
  • No downgrade or cash refund available.

Diamond Reports (GIA, HRD, IGI)

  • Damaged reports may incur additional fees.
  • Laser inscriptions must be clear and undamaged.

Service valid for purchases in the UK or Greece. Other countries are subject to approval.

Natural Color or Treated Color diamonds are not eligible.
